Managing an organizational change is setting up some rules of change in the organization of how that management works in any type of business. Defining the changes that are required and that should be implemented in the business and also understanding the level to which the departments will get affected here can do this. Any change will bring with it loads of challenges and without knowing in particular whether that change will be for good or not but still we need to analyze the level of changes that will affect the different departments all across the organizations and the challenges that we will face during the communication of new implemented changes and providing effective training and then measuring the changes in a proper manner (Jeroen Stouten, 2018).
